Wantedly can be summarised in two simple points:
- Japan's LinkedIn, but much better
- It harnesses the power of people's recommendation through social media
- Social Recruiting Platform
- This platform showcases jobs from clients that you, as users, would be interested in
BELIEF/MOTIVATION
They have beliefs from two different perspective:
- Company's Perspective: Good Hires happens through Mutual Friend's Recommendations
- These friend recommendations somewhat guarantees the quality of candidates to an extent
- User's Perspective: Good Chance of meeting a Good Team through Mutual Friends
- By joining a company that your mutual friend is in, it increases the likelihood that you would have great chemistry in the team
