Mission
Founder
Graduate from Waseda University's School of Political Science and Economics.
1992 Took a sales position at Hakuhodo Inc.
1998 Studied at his own expense at Syracuse University's School of Management in the USA.
1999 Took a position as managing director at CyberAgent, Inc.
2000 Took the role of COO and vice president of the company.
2004 Established Interspire, Inc. to develop mobile services, assuming the role of CEO.
2009 Interspire merged with Ergo-Brains Inc. and Hayakawa took on the role of representative director and CEO of SPiRE, Inc.
2012 SPiRE, Inc. merged with motionBEAT, Inc., and Hayakawa assumed the role of CEO of UNITED, Inc. (his current role).
