Work Culture

They have an open concept environment at the workplace. It creates a lively atmosphere for open communication and collaboration among the employees. As much as any organisation would like to adopt a flat hierarchical system, there still need to be some form of hierarchy to plan, manage and ensure the smooth running of the organization to achieve organisational goals as well as to delegate roles and responsibilities clearly, but at the same time, integrate flexibility into the organization structure to allow for informal groups to work together on projects. At cybernoids, there are two main teams namely studio team and the development team. Studio team delivers high quality creative contents, and Dev team develops around our proprietary technology.
