Task 5: The data for this challenge can be analyzed either as a static collection or as a dynamic stream of data, as it would occur in a real emergency. Describe how you analyzed the data - as a static collection or a stream. How do you think this choice affected your analysis?

The data was analysed as a stream, mainly because, as mentioned in the overview of the challenge, the emergency team needs help to identify the areas of contamination in order to figure out what measures need to be implemented. Contaminated areas can be changed dynamically, depending on the areas that the contaminated cars travel to, so it is essential for the data to be analysed as a stream and for the team to visualise the updated observations based on the real time data. It would be of no use for the data to be analysed as a static collection if the data is likely to contain further fluctuations, since the previously made observations will no longer be relevant.
