This dashboard also compared current business performance with the current market's potential and identify untapped markets opportunities. With these, the management no longer has to analyze the business performance from statics visuals from traditional MS Powerpoint & Excel, no longer need to wait for hours for their staffs to obtain further breakdowns, and also; this enable them to compare their gut feels and past experiences with the current pulse of the market.
