4 5 Sep 2017 Change in scope- Drop 'Invoice Management Module (2)', 'Employee Management Module' and 'Accounting Module' & Invoice Management Module (1) have been revised and combined into 'Accounting Module' After the first round of acceptance presentation and the supervisor meeting, the team has decided to revise and refine the scope for a more integrated system which has modules that are linked to one another and addresses the problem statement, creating values for the sponsor. 6 9 Oct 2017 Change in the project timeline, split the accounting module task on iter 6, into two parts: 1) Map input data directly into QuickBook, 2) Map input data directly into Xero. The second part placed under tertiary function, to be done during iter 11 As the client currently utilises Quick Book more often then Xero, team proposed to focus on other core functions while delaying the connection to Xero in later iteterations. As the team aims to develop a system whereby every function/module is linked and integrated, 'Payroll Module' has been identified as independent and also creates little value for the client. 7 18 Oct 2017 Additional User Testing added to the project timeline Having understood the important of frequent and clear communications, team suggested that additional testing and the feedback which client would offer during the testing would help the team in understanding the business requirement Client agreed with the team's reason for conducting additional testing and was happy to schedule another testing. 10 2 Dec 2017 Change in Project Timeline - Expense Management Module to be completed ahead of Dashboard Module. User Testing 4,5 and 6 re-scheduled Development schedules are adjusted after re-evaluating the priorities of the modules to develop. Hence, User Testing schedules are adjusted so that each testing entails the development progress at each point. Client agreed with the team's reason for the change in schedule. High Accept Completed

12 5 Jan 2018 Change in Project Management Module (1) - Create multiple ad hoc projects in a single screen. The client suggested the change for higher efficiency for their business process. As the change would require a signficant change to the current database structure, leading to further changes, the team has rejected the suggestion. Low Reject Not Applicable

External timeline to be displayed on the calendar if the internal time has passed but the project is yet to be complete. Client requested for additional measure to ensure that project/task is completed on time. While understanding that the functionality may be useful, the team reminded the client of other functionalities that are already implemented to ensure that the client meets the internal deadlines. While the calendar still shows the internal deadline for the list projects, external deadlines will also be shown together with other project details when hovered with cursor.
