User Test 1


Objectives of our UAT

  • To evaluate our working system and prompt users for ways to improve our current system

Sample Size

  • 20 People, by which 6 are customers of our Client

Date of Testing

  • 4 February to 10 February 2016

Scope

  • User Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Order Management

Methodology

  • Mainly Questionnaire

User Interface Easy to navigate, simple and looks welcoming More success message to affirm user's action is success
Performance Fast Security issue- If admin password key in wrong for 3times,better to lock out the account. This is for security purpose. System can be more flexible for example user should be able to adjust quantity at cart page

  • To evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness our product purchase process based on time taken and number of successful transactions.

Sample Size

  • 20 People, by which 15 are customers of our Client

Date of Testing

  • 11 March to 11 April 2016

Scope

  • User Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, Coupon Analysis, Customer Relationship Management

Methodology

  • Observation (Physical)

Results

  • As of 8 April 2016, the Average Time Taken is 1 minute 17 seconds.
  • Of which, 100% has no problem in completing the task of making a purchase.

  • To evaluate certain aspects brought up by our Client about our system interface.

Sample Size

  • 10 People, by which all are customers of our Client

  • 26-30 March 2016

Scope

  • User Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, Coupon Analysis, Customer Relationship Management

Methodology

  • Questionnaire

Results

  • 100% prefers prices to be in black
  • 80% does not think a guest account is needed
  • 70% thinks intuitively, contact us can stay at the top
