Project Schedule Breakdown

This layer will help you understand our project schedule. We have a total of 6 iterations which started on 26 April 2010 and ending on 22 November 2010. After the iteration, we did a redistribution of modules to better manage and handle the project.

Schedule Delay/ Comparison

From the diagram above, you can see that we were on track during the 1st and 2nd iteration. This is because we were able to make use of the time that we have before the school start to accomplish the task that we have planned for.

However, in iteration 3 and 4 we also learn that there is a need to review the schedule as there were modules that would require more time than others. Therefore changes were made which marks an improvement to the next few iterations. We also decided that we would give more time on the testing of the algorithms and exception cases.
