The following are the stakeholders of the project:

  1. Project Supervisor: Professor Chris Boesch, Associate Professor of School of Information Systems in the Singapore Management University, his specialty is in software systems and he holds research and project topics like cloud computing, game dynamics in education, software engineering and technopreneurship
  2. Client: Christian Cuske, CEO of In Mind computing, his speciality is in computer software and he has had many years of experience working in SAP

Java Advisor
  • Justin's knowledge and experience with Java renders him suitable to be the SME on things related to Java and the pros and cons of the various means of application logic implementation.

Kenneth Chai
Lead Developer
  • One of the more analytical minds within the group, Kenneth fits the bill as the Lead Developer with his technical-savvyness who can set the pace of the team's technical development.

Lee Yao Zong
Technical Engineer
  • If it is tech-related, Yao Zong will figure it out. Having honed his technical skills in academia, internships and hobbies, Yao Zong's experience and expertise allows for granular thinking which will greatly benefit the development process.

UX Architect
  • Given his aptitude for graphic design and interest in product usability, Max will be the UX Architect. In addition, he will assist in the setting of the team's direction given his previous IS480 experience.
