- What motivates you to join TSM?
My deep passion for understanding the nature of technology and entrepreneurship in the innovation core, Silicon Valley. My motivation comes from a desire to explore and understand the complex dynamics of the startup ecosystem and the groundbreaking technological innovations that have put Silicon Valley on the global map.
I am intrigued by the opportunity to dive deep into the startup space and understand the birth and growth of startups. TSM provides a unique platform to observe and analyze how the synergy of different factors creates the environment in which ideas turn into businesses. TSM represents an opportunity where I can absorb knowledge from industry pioneers, allowinng me to get an insider look at how these successful companies start and scale, along with exposure to different organizational cultures.
The opportunity to expand my network and build relationships with like-minded individuals, industry leaders, and potential mentors is also one of the reasns why I want to join TSM. TSM provides a platform to connect, collaborate, and cultivate relationships that can be instrumental in supporting future business endeavors.
