Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
My deep passion for understanding the nature of technology and entrepreneurship in the innovation core, Silicon Valley. My motivation comes from a desire to explore and understand the complex dynamics of the startup ecosystem and the groundbreaking technological innovations that have put Silicon Valley on the global map.
I am intrigued by the opportunity to dive deep into the startup space and understand the birth and growth of startups. TSM provides a unique platform to observe and analyze how the synergy of different factors creates the environment in which ideas turn into businesses. TSM represents an opportunity where I can absorb knowledge from industry pioneers, allowinng me to get an insider look at how these successful companies start and scale, along with exposure to different organizational cultures.
The opportunity to expand my network and build relationships with like-minded individuals, industry leaders, and potential mentors is also one of the reasns why I want to join TSM. TSM provides a platform to connect, collaborate, and cultivate relationships that can be instrumental in supporting future business endeavors. I am motivated by a desire to understand the unique and dynamic culture of Silicon Valley, where risk-taking, creativity and innovation are well established values.
Ultimately, my motivation to join TSM is driven by my desire to be make a change in the technology sector. By leveraging the knowledge, skills and networks acquired through TSM, my goal is to contribute to the development of technology and entrepreneurship, addressing societal needs and challenges. I am excited about the transformation journey that TSM brings and look forward to taking advantage of the knowledge, experience and opportunities that come my way.

I am interested in companies that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize FinTech, EdTech, and HealthTech, creating solutions that are personalized and accessible, addressing a diverse range of user needs. These companies are paving the way for innovative approaches in multiple sectors, making it more precise, individualized, and attainable. The fusion of technology with various fields symbolizes a transformative future, promising enhancements in quality of life and solutions to previously insurmountable challenges, potentially benefiting millions globally. It’s the prospect of contributing to a world where innovation drives unprecedented advancements and improved well-being across diverse sectors that excites and motivates me.
* What plans do you have in starting a business?
I aspire to launch a venture in Indonesia, that utilizes Artificial Intelligence to pioneer innovations in FinTech, EdTech, and HealthTech. The focus will be on constructing a sophisticated platform designed to furnish personalized health support and interventions. In a country where accessibility to health resources is difficult in remote villages, the mission of this venture is paramount. It aims to bridge the prevalent gaps between the pressing health needs and the availability of tailored, efficient solutions, endeavoring to elevate physical well-being to a priority that is universally understood and accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic status. By integrating cutting-edge technology , the ambition is to create an environment in Indonesia where every individual has access to personalized support and resources, thereby contributing to societal well-being and pioneering an inclusive and holistic approach to health care in developing regions.
