- What motivates you to join TSM?
I'm very interested in startup culture and organization and want to learn more from successful teams. I also want to see how cultural differences may affect an organization's values and work culture.

- What types of business interest you?
I'm interested in businesses that are able to balance having a positive impact on society and being sustainable and profitable.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
I don't have any plans at the moment, but in the future when I have more work experience, connections and capital, I can see myself building a startup.
