Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I'm very interested in startup culture and would like to learn firsthand the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs in this competitive environment. More importantly, I want to learn the various ways successful startups innovate and disrupt industries to overcome these difficulties.
Additionally, I want to experience Japanese business culture and practices and learn how their values shape the startup ecosystem in Tokyo. In particular, I'm interested in seeing how Japanese startups are able to break from the traditional emphasis on hierarchy and operate in agile teams.
Overall, I believe TSM would provide a great learning experience and help me cultivate a more entrepreneurial mindset, which may inspire me to explore building a startup in the future.

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
I'm interested in businesses that are able to balance having a positive impact on society while being sustainable and profitable.
I would also like to explore businesses in the Healthtech industry and how we can leverage technology to improve the quality of our medical services.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
I don't have any plans at the moment, but in the future when I have more work experience, connections and capital, I can see myself building a startup.
