I have been keeping a close eye on the Korean market due to my interest in k-pop and its development in various markets was amazing. This includes introducing Korean food, culture, language and of course not forgetting technology to different parts of the world. Why TSM South Korea
What Motivates you to join TSM
TSM is an interesting programme where students get exposure to startups and find out more about the risks, challenges and motivations of these entrepreneurs. My family run a small-medium enterprise (SME) and I have plans to further develop it as age is catching up with my parents, they do not have the drive to bring in changes. Thus I hope to be the change agent in the company and open up the company to new opportunities and markets.

My experience in some SMEs with relatively short history have been a fruitful one as i learn how to develop a company on a whole. There are many room for improvement and I have learnt how to prioritise different areas of development for a company.
