| − | I was grateful that I had the opportunity to help out my friend's newly started tuition center sometime back. This company aims to provide tuition services to foreigners who foresee themselves not being able to adapt to the education curriculum in Singapore. Due to limited funding and a relatively small targeted market, much effort is required to grow and sustain its consumer base. With the help of its existing data, we are able to formulate better marketing strategies and reinforce its current business development plans. Although its simple data analysis, it provides the company with another viable approach of doing business which they can eventually reap the benefits. This personal experience shows me the difficulties that a start-up faced and how it can expand in a effective way although its resources are limited.
