INTERNSHIPS💼
1. Amazon Web Services (APJ Startup Business Developer)
- Scaled an influencer startup program across APJ regions (ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan, Korea) to accelerate startup adoption of AWS
- Performed analyses on different account types, budget modelling and automation with VBA
- Initiated AWS Cloud Experience (ACE): a pioneer bootcamp that focuses on AWS' mind share among undergraduates
2. Facebook Above and Beyond Apprenticeship
- Applied practice to data structures and algorithms with Facebook engineers
3. NTUC Income (Elasticsearch Applications Developer)
- Designed and implemented Elastic stack solutions
- Created dashboard for calculating costs and retrieving data from vendors
4. Singapore Management University (Backend Developer - Project Sa'bai)
- Developed clinical application in teams of 3 for NUS Medicine students for serving Cambodian villages
- Accelerated clinical registration by adding biosensors functionalities and AI Face detection prototype in teams of 3
5. Iota Medtech (Project Management & Web Developer)
- Created business models and financial modelling for startup ideation
- Backend architecture and deployment on Amazon Web Services
PROJECTS
1. AWS Cloud Experience (ACE): The AWS Cloud Experience (ACE) is a bootcamp spanning 8 weeks, and provides young talent with a head start on a career with Amazon Web Services.
2. Project Sa'bai: joint overseas community service programme between SMU SIS students and NUS Medicine students. Collaborative effort to bring free healthcare to villages in Cambodia
3. Green@NP: estate management app for Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Crowdsourcing app to find defects around the campus. Anyone can snap a photo of defects around the campus and notify estate management of the defect.
4. Learning@NP: an introductory iPhone app for freshmen in Ngee Ann Polytechnic to smoothen students’ transition. App showcases CCAs, school curriculum and activities for freshmen.
