To help us to understand you better, please fill up your particulars here!
- Students who are unable to make it on the travel dates are advised not to take this module.
- The cost of the trip is estimated to be SGD1,400 (hotel/sharing+bus) + SGD1,800 (flight-can book your own flight) excluding term tuition, personal expenditure and meals.
- Students must contribute to petty cash fund SGD200. Unused will be refunded.
- Dropping the course will incur penalty fees (please read FAQ). Note that if we cannot find a replacement, your land fees will not be refunded.
- Due to high cost of medical (especially emergency wards), it is recommended to get additional travel insurance.
- TA position open for past TSM students.
- Before travelling, please complete the following
- (21 & above) Next of kin to sign NOK Acknowledgement and (Under 21) student sign Parental Consent of Risk and Undertaking. Make a copy and submit here.
- Apply ETA Visa. MFA UK information
- Read insurance. Please complete Overseas Travel Safety steps 14 days prior and wait for Pre-Departure Checklist email. (Instructions)
- Register MFA (optional)
- Fill out SG arrival Card when coming back
