Important & Special Notes

To help us to understand you better, please fill up your particulars here!

• Students who are unable to make it on the travel dates are advised not to take this module.
  • The cost of the trip is estimated to be SGD1,400 (hotel/sharing+bus) + SGD1,800 (flight-can book your own flight) excluding term tuition, personal expenditure and meals.
  • Students must contribute to petty cash fund SGD300. Unused will be refunded.
  • Dropping the course will incur penalty fees (please read FAQ). Note that if we cannot find a replacement, your land fees will not be refunded.
  • Due to high cost of medical (especially emergency wards), it is recommended to get additional travel insurance.
• TA position open for past TSM students.
• Before travelling, please complete the following
  • (21 & above) Next of kin to sign NOK Acknowledgement and (Under 21) student sign Parental Consent of Risk and Undertaking. Make a copy and submit here.
  • Apply ETA Visa. MFA UK information
  • Read insurance. Please complete Overseas Travel Safety steps 14 days prior and wait for Pre-Departure Checklist email. (Instructions)
  • Register MFA (optional)
  • Fill out SG arrival Card when coming back
