• I love food!!! I seem to perpetually have food with me~
• I love going to new places! Especially when the new place has food that I have never tried before!

Why TSM South Korea?

• Firstly, South Korea is the home of Samsung! Hence I am curious as to what were some reasons why Samsung was able to become the electronics giant it is today. Especially since Samsung is a direct competitor of Apple and I often wonder how they are able to stay competitive. Additionally, South Korea is renowned in Asia as the 'it' place to go for IT (like how they have the fastest internet in the world!)

• As for the destination itself, I am also greatly interested in. I have previously been to South Korea and I absolutely loved the culture and food!!! The time I had there was my best experience in 2013 as I got to try many different kinds of food that might otherwise be found in Singapore, but without the Singaporean adaptation. Hence the additional incentives.

• Plus! Going for this TSM would enable me to gain exposure of startups in Korea and make friends throughout this process!

Internship Opportunities

• I am fine with any opportunity offered to me! I feel that that most important thing is that I gain experience and learn from this trip!
• However, an ideal firm that I would like to join in South Korea would be Lotte!!! Hehehe

Starting a business

• I am interested in businesses that involve fashion as well as food!

• While I recognise that I am currently not looking towards starting my own business, this might change in the future as to start a business requires funds and I want to ensure that I am able to support my business fully before starting.

Past Experience

• I haven't had much experience with start up firms and I hope that this TSM would be able to provide me with that experience! :)
• I have however, interned at Market Risk in Maybank previously while waiting for my acceptance and start of university. It was that internship that spurred me to pursue a degree in Information Systems Management!
