Why Join TSM Silicon Valley?

What motivates you to join TSM?

Silicon Valley is home to some of the biggest high-tech corporations and successful start-ups in the world. This TSM would allow me to gain a deeper understanding on entrepreneurship and the decades of technological innovation that has given rise to some of the best companies the world has ever seen. I would love to be a part of this opportunity to learn more about how to start up a successful company, gain new insights and knowledge on how successful companies continuously innovate and evolve to remain relevant in today's ever-changing technological environment.

Internship?

Yes, I'm interested in taking up an internship.

Ideal Role?

I would be more than willing to contribute in any way i can! I would love to be a part of planning the itinerary as well.

Interest in Entrepreneurship

My interest in entrepreneurship first started during my internship at Unilever. An FMCG giant, Unilever started 'Unilever Foundry' as a platform for start-ups and innovators to engage, collaborate and explore business ideas with Unilever brands. As an intern, I was intrigued by the collaboration between start-ups and Unilever to better serve consumers through innovative means on a global scale. I consistently signed up for lunch-time talks hosted by these start-ups, explaining what their business ideas were, how they brought that to actuality, and how it added value. After my internship stint, I grew interested in learning more about technology, big data, and e-commerce and am keen to explore entrepreneurial aspects of this. Although I have not had much entrepreneurial experience, I believe that this would be a great platform for me to learn more and understand the entrepreneurial landscape and what it takes to really develop an innovative idea into a successful business.
