Past Experiences
InLife Singapore
I joined network marketing company, InLife Singapore in 2009. The company was dealing with anti-aging and wellness product. As a distributor, I take products from the company but managed it as though it is my own business. This is because I had to find my own customers and build my business. From this business experience, I have learnt many valuable lessons like communications with customer and the importance of customer service. It is also very important to have passion in order to succeed.
MGMT221: Enterprise Development
Last semester(AY2012/2013 Term 2) I am very fortunate to have taken the course, Enterprise Development, by Professor Soon Loo who has recently been awarded one of the 2013 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World. As part of the module requirement, I had to work on an entrepreneur project with my teammates. Prof Soon Loo always believed in "getting our hands dirty" and emphasized a lot on task execution each week. Many lessons were learnt through collecting data on the ground and delivering pitches to venture captalist.
