Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I am motivated to join the TSM as it offers an exceptional opportunity to immerse myself in the world of startups and innovation. Learning directly from startup owners about their processes, work culture, and the challenges they have encountered is immensely appealing to me. I believe this firsthand exposure will provide valuable insights into the tech scene and inspire me to pursue innovative ways to impact the world with my IT skills and capabilities.
Moreover, this experience allows me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, deepening my understanding of the subjects I have learned in the classroom. TSM also offers a chance to cultivate essential qualities such as independence, empathy, and open-mindedness, while honing crucial soft skills like communication and teamwork. These attributes not only contribute to my personal development but also provide a competitive edge as I seek employment and advancement in the globally connected workplace.
I am eager to embrace this opportunity and share the knowledge and experiences gained during the TSM with my peers and wider community, further amplifying the positive impact of this invaluable global exposure.

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
I would like to venture into the travel industry as I love travelling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines. Having had my fair share of travel experiences, I understand the various challenges and inconveniences that people often face when planning their trips or during their trips. Hence, I believe that integrating technology into the travel industry can significantly elevates the overall travel experience.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
I am drawn to the idea of establishing a business that focuses on personalized travel services, catering to the unique preferences and needs of each traveler. Whether it's streamlining the booking process, providing tailored travel itineraries, or offering exceptional customer service throughout the journey, I envision a business that puts the traveler's comfort and enjoyment at the forefront. However, I hope to gain more experience in the startup industry and learn the know-hows first before establishing a business.
