Why TSM?
What motivates you to join TSM?
Having been interested in the field of entrepreneurship, I believe that this would provide a great opportunity to be exposed to the technopreneurship space beyond our country's borders. Being an Outreach Scout in LKYGBPC provided me more insight of the startup space, as well as the potential opportunities that SMU provides. With Silicon Valley still being at the forefront of emerging technological trends, having this opportunity will provide valuable insights into the future of technology and its potential impact on various industries, allowing me to stay ahead on the latest trends.
Where would you like to visit?
It's Silicon Valley so anything goes!
- I would love to visit big companies such as Google and Apple, where I get to learn how big corporations are able to get to where they are today.
- I would also love to visit universities such as Stanford or UC Berkeley where we are able to network with aspiring young founders. By the end of the trip, I do hope that I am able to make new friends and gain valuable insights on the entrepreneurship mindset :D
- Finally, Accelerators and Venture Capital firms such as Y Combinator or Sequoia Capital would be perfect, where we are able to understand what goes on towards funding of promising startups, and what makes them worthy of investments

What types of business interest you?
- GreenTech: It's not merely a business interest; it's a deep-seated commitment to revolutionizing sustainable living. The allure of this sector lies in its potential to make green practices accessible and affordable for everyone. What fuels my passion even more is aligning these initiatives with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This isn't just about profitability; it's about infusing purpose into every aspect of the venture, contributing meaningfully to the well-being of our planet. My experiences in AI & Humanity has truly broadened my horizons towards the urgency to meet these goals for a more sustainable future for generations to come
- HealthTech: The realm of HealthTech is where I see an incredible opportunity to bring about transformative change. I hope to reshape the healthcare landscape, making it not only more accessible but also more affordable. The fusion of technology and well-being is a space where I believe we can redefine how individuals experience and access healthcare services. It's not just a business venture; it's a chance to create a positive impact on people's lives, leveraging technology to enhance the overall well-being of communities.
- Data Analytics: Data Analytics is no longer a niche; but a pivotal force in reshaping industries. With Data being a game changer in recent years, I would like to see the possibilities of what simple pieces of information can bring to transform our daily lives. This field is dynamic, ever-evolving, and I'm eager to explore the myriad possibilities it holds. It's not just a technical aspect of the business; it's a strategic cornerstone. The ability to harness the power of data is a game-changer, and I want to be at the forefront of leveraging it to drive innovation and efficiency.
What plans do you have in starting a business?
I hope to venture towards GreenTech space, finding ways to make sustainable living more accessible and affordable for all, regardless of background. This will surely come hand in hand with Data Analytics, since Data is such a fundamental part of the technical space. But for now, I will try to make sure that pick up valuable technical skillsets to ensure that I am ready to implement my ideas that are up to date with the latest technologies.
I believe that this journey isn't just about building a business, but also the appreciation and leveraging of technology and data to create solutions that not only address immediate needs but also lay the groundwork for a more sustainable and better future.
