I'm motivated to join TSM Silicon Valley because of the exceptional opportunity it presents to immerse myself in the epicenter of innovation and entrepreneurship. Silicon Valley's consistent attraction to venture capitalists has made it a breeding ground for groundbreaking tech startups, and I'm eager to uncover the factors behind its remarkable success.
I'm particularly intrigued by whether Silicon Valley's triumphs follow the Matthew's effect, where success breeds more success. TSM offers invaluable insights into this phenomenon. Bill Gates' observation about 'silly' startups underscores the Valley's unconventional spirit, and I aim to understand why these ideas thrive.
TSM's objectives align with my goals, deepening my understanding of entrepreneurship, startup dynamics, and technology company creation. It's a stepping stone to my entrepreneurial journey, connecting me with mentors who share my passion for innovation.

- What types of business interest you?
I'm deeply intrigued by technology-driven businesses, particularly those focusing on emerging fields like AI and sustainability.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
I intend to harness the knowledge and innovation solutions acquired at TSM to modernise my family's brick-and-mortar business. By incorporating industry best practices and innovative solutions to digitalise our operations, I aim to enhance efficiency, significantly reduce manual workloads, and ultimately alleviate the physical strain on my family.
