  • What motivates you to join TSM?

When I reflect on my past experiences interning at various organizations, I realize that the start-up culture is where I feel most energized and at home. As someone who is always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency, I find that start-ups offer a unique opportunity to work in an environment that values innovation and creativity. Additionally, the fast-paced nature of start-ups keeps me engaged and motivated, as there is always something new to learn and explore. I hope to develop a deeper understanding of what it takes to start and run a successful tech business, as well as gain practical skills that will be valuable in my future start-up/career.

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you?

When it comes to the types of businesses that interest me, I am particularly drawn to those that leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. In today's fast-paced world, I believe that businesses that are able to effectively harness the power of technology are poised for success. Specifically, I am interested in digitalization businesses that use software to reduce the manual tasks of other businesses. I find it incredibly rewarding to see how people's lives become simpler and more productive as a result of using software.


  • What plans do you have in starting a business?

I have long been interested in the idea of starting a software company. I am particularly drawn to the B2B space as I believe that there is a significant opportunity to create solutions that help other businesses become more efficient and productive. Ideally, my company would specialize in automation for any industry, with the main objective of improving the efficiency of work for employees. By reducing manual and repetitive tasks, we would free up employees to focus on more meaningful and strategic work. Ultimately, my goal is to create a business that not only generates revenue but also has a positive impact on the lives of its customers and employees alike.
