Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
With Silicon Valley being the epicentre for startups to create innovative and revolutionary technological products, I strongly believe that TSM is a great opportunity for me to grow both as an entrepreneur and an engineer. In addition, I hope to get a unique learning experience in the form of experiential learning via engaging and reflecting on the experience itself. Through this TSM, I also hope to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs in the technology space and take the spirit of technopreneurship and apply it back in Singapore.
- Where would you like to visit?
Silicon Valley: Apple, Alphabet, Meta and Nvidia
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
I am interested in businesses that are actively trying to reduce our carbon footprint, whether it is big tech companies such as Tesla or rising local startups like Unravel Carbon. I believe it is a domain space with lots of growth potential as countries worldwide pursue policies centred around climate change.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
One of my greatest anxieties is taking a leap of faith in starting a business. I, therefore, hope that by participating in this TSM, I will be able to learn more about entrepreneurship and have the courage to begin my entrepreneurial career.
