Why Virtual TSM?

  • What motivates you to join TSM?

My recent involvement in tech startups and also NFT projects has gotten me interested in Technopreneurship. I want to learn more on how to firstly identify problems to solve and then how to create a long term demand for the product such that there’s constant influx of funding. Like in the NFT space, a project has to provide utilities such that there’s always a demand for the NFT such that it leads to a high volume that is sustainable over time, since a high volume means there is a high demand.

I also want to meet more like minded people through this programme. This not only expands my perspective in this space but I could also meet potential partners to work with.

  • Where would you like to visit?

I’m particularly interested in Blockchain companies like Fantom Foundation and Anchor Protocol. I would love to talk to the founders/people who are currently working on the products to get to know what it takes to run a high demand, blockchain-based product successfully. It is a privilege to be able to talk to some of the brains behind these products.

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you?

I am interested in business that utilizes new technology/enhance or build on young technology/is based on new technology. Such new technology could be like the Solana blockchain since it is relatively young. The Solana blockchain is around 2 years old and there is much improvement to be made in this ecosystem. Solana FM is solving this problem where data on the chain is not readily available by indexing the whole chain into their database and providing a fast, queryable platform.

On top of that, the Solana NFT ecosystem is just around half a year old and there requires a lot of improvements be it through toolings and utilities. Some tooling that improved the whole ecosystem significantly would be whitelist management platform by Blocksmith Labs and Token Market by Famous Fox Federation.

There are a lot more improvements that could be done in this ecosystem and alike that could be done that I am interested in.

  • What plans do you have in starting a business?

I want to found an NFT project that is able to benefit the Solana Ecosystem as a whole. I am now expanding my network with other like minded people in this space and making more meaningful connections. This helps me find potential partners. Talking to more people in this space will also give me different perspectives and more in-depth understanding of the everyday problems and needs, helping me in identifying which problems to tackle.

For now, I am also immersing myself in the NFT space to learn how the leaders of big projects run businesses and also utilize the technology in creating a better ecosystem.
