Why Virtual TSM?

  • What motivates you to join TSM?

I am motivated to join TSM as I am both very interested in Tech and Entrepreneurship. I hope to enter this programme to not only learn more about these 2 subjects, but to immerse myself and fulfil my geeky needs. I am looking forward to the possibility to meeting CEOs of startups and find out more about their journey and their motivations.

  • Where would you like to visit?

I would love to have company visits, and two companies in Seoul I would love to visit is Chai Finance and Fantom Foundation. These 2 are blockchain companies and they have done really interesting and produced revolutionary products. Chai Finance utilises the Terra blockchain to handle B2C payments, and as a huge fan of the Terra blockchain and ecosystem I would love to go down to talk to the people there. Fantom Foundation is the company managing the FTM coin, and it has supported many Decentralised Finance(DeFI) ecosystems. Meeting the people behind these companies would be a huge honour!

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you?

I am interested in the Web3 businesses. Particularly the bridging between regular consumers and the crypto space, but not limited to DeFI and NFTs.

  • What plans do you have in starting a business?

I hope to start a business and run it as an end goal in my career. Whether or not I have to work a full time job while hustling at night, I hope I will be able to reach that goal.

As of now, I hope to start a business to bridge the gap between the crypto world and the regular world. As of now, many find cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology very daunting, and I aim to alleviate that.

In terms of timeline, I am actively studying and learning more in the crypto space to possibly start a project. If I could start a business in University, that would be great!
