Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
Growing up, I have always aspired to become a technopreneur to create something that benefits and improves the society that I live in. Some ideas that I used to have include a pair of flying shoes (I was too lazy to walk to school HAHA!), a mobile application that provides a one-stop platform for Malaysia's pasar malams, as well as automated toilet bowls 🤣. As I have witnessed both the successes and failures in my parents' numerous start-ups, I have grown to hold immense respect for all entrepreneurs and technoprenuers out there. I would love to experience first hand how a start-up journey is like as well as to hear more stories from technopreneurs.
I believe innovation does not only come from the leveraging of our skillsets, but is also influenced by our personal experiences. This opportunity to explore and experience the start-up culture in South Korea will definitely allow me to gain new perspectives and build a strong foundation in my technopreneurship journey in the years to come.

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Electronic companies, retail industry and F&B industry! I have always been fascinated by the various breakthrough innovations in these sectors and would love to learn and hear their design thinking processes.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
Currently I do not have any concrete ideas that I would like to embark on, but I know that I am more interested in product innovation rather than sectors such as e-commerce, and would like to develop a new product/ service one day!
