Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I am interested in exploring the tech-entrepreneur landscapes in other countries such as Korea and United States. Having the exposure to different cultures and working style would greatly broaden my horizon beyond the tiny red dot on how startups all over the world scale and operate. Furthermore, Seoul is home to some of the biggest technology companies, Samsung and LG, which we all use in our day-to-day life. Thus, making it an attractive and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a curious person like me to join!

Seoul (Terra Money, Coupang, Netflix Korea, Seoul National University), Shen Zhen, Toronto, Silicon Valley
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
As a tech enthusiast, I am invested in technology and innovation that truly improve the life around us. Some of the companies such as Tesla, Nintendo and Apple have created a technological breakthrough in our times and bring in many interests into the tech industry. Take Tesla for an example, alternative fuel source like electricity will never become a possibility in our mind today if they did not persist to push for public adoption for the past decade. Right now, the web 3.0 and metaverse is a rising sector which I am interested to dive into more as I truly believe that this field can revolutionize our digital footprint and ownership once it gains mainstream traction.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
Starting a business has always been an aspiration of mine which come across my mind at times. As of now, I am more determined to gain exposure in the technological landscape by learning new technology frameworks, working for a start-up (for my upcoming internship), and to keep up with news and opportunities related to web 3.0. Once I understand more about the landscape and gain relevant experiences, I can pursue the option to either joining or creating a start-up company, which aligns to my goal of “leveraging on technology to improve the lives of others”.
