Why TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I love going on project based exchange programmes, to broaden my cultural knowledge, increase network connections and be exposed to various technologies/solutions that companies are smartly using for their day-to-day operations. Joining TSM provides me the opportunity. My interest was kick started from my past experiences during my polytechnic days, working with China and Korea students on cultural and entrepreneurship projects.In addition, TSM can help me further link some of the learning experiences that I got from attending SMU Modules (e.g Managing Customer Relations With Analytics) and my working experiences in the government sector that has an industry center. It will then make my learning experience more meaningful when one is able to combine all the experiences together.
- Where do you NOT want to travel for TSM?
I do not have any places that I do not want to travel to. Be open, explore, soak into the different cultures, and you will learn a lot more!
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Digital transformation consultancy business interest me. It's amazing and satisfying to see how your advice and solutions can benefit your client's business.
- What plan do you have in starting a business?
I do plan starting a business, offering solutions and consulting for digital marketing services and digital transformation services.
Past Experiences (optional)
- List your startup experiences
I do not have any start-up job experience, hence I would like to join this module to get more chances interacting with start-ups. You will never know when these contacts will come in handy or land you an opportunity to partner with them.
However I do have experiences in IT project management, web development and geospatial skills through my contract job and current internship with Geoworks (by Singapore Land Authority). Through my job I got to attend the Geospatial Week and interact with Geowork partners. Geoworks is also an industry engagement centre, housing various companies (e.g Mogul, Volocopter, Fatos, Grab and many more) that specialises in Geospatial Work.
What keeps you ticking?

Do something that runs with your passion, it will keep you motivated to do it in a long run. Keeping fit is also crucial to keep me focus to achieve my goals.
