Why Travel Bubble TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I have experienced and observed various inefficient work processes in the working industry. Some of the consequences include frequent miscommunication, a lack of transparency, time consuming processes within the organisation and more. As such, I would like to experience and explore the startup processes in an entrepreneurial environment, so as to develop unique products or services that will help to ease some of these aforementioned issues. In doing so, I will also be exposed to multiple functions such as technology, business, finance and also gain soft skills such as people management. If there is a possibility to travel, this overseas experience will allow me to step out of my comfort zone while experiencing a brand-new outlook on life and different activities. Furthermore, I will be able to experience a different culture and learn to be a global citizen. To discover new interests and talents while studying abroad, as well as to widen my exposure to different career opportunities. Having gained a new perspective on different cultures and skills set, this experience would be a plus for my future employers. For me, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Previously, my Overseas Community Services had given me insights into Vietnamese culture which allows me to adapt to diverse situations while solving problems. As Vietnam is also an Asian country, I would like the chance to explore the Oceania region and be immersed in Western culture.

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
The types of businesses that interests me includes more exposure to Artificial Intelligence and many different automated systems.
- What plan do you have in starting a business?
I am keen to start my own B2B business. The goal of it would be to help automate and digitalise other companies that are still utilising paper-based processes. In doing so, automation would be a key ingredient to success, and I intend to ingrain that as a key principle in my business. To start off, I will identify different processes and help organisations to digitalise them. After which, the company would help to develop an application that is able to run in both online and offline mode. In doing so, it would greatly centralise communication within the organization, establish a uniform standard process, enable superior data & insights and more importantly, helps to save time which can be put to more productive use.
