Why Travel Bubble TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I was previously working at a start-up in Vietnam & I would say that this experience was such a huge eye-opener. From my short time there, I've observed that everyone takes ownership of their own work, and every small thing you do has a significant impact as well. What really inspired me the most was the amount of passion that everyone puts in their work. As a result, I am really eager to venture and learn more about the different start-up scenes!
I feel that TSM would be a fantastic opportunity for me to learn about the different organizational strategies and the different ways to drive innovation among smaller businesses!

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Automation & AI, to reduce any manual labor required and to improve quality of service.
More specifically in the F&B/healthcare industry. For example, a company that I am recently intrigued by is Kewpie which uses AI to identify non-defective ingredients and ensure food safety.
- What plan do you have in starting a business?
At the moment, it is still a goal that is far ahead, but I plan on firstly enriching myself with the relevant domain and industry knowledge. Subsequently, I plan on opening a F&B franchise that heavily relies on AI and IoT sensors.
