Why Virtual TSM?
What motivates you to join TSM?
Coming from a business background in polytechnic, technopreneurship was what I had in mind enrolling into SMU SIS. Another reason was because I was sold by TSM, having seen (and admired) seniors who travelled to Silicon Valley and South Korea. I'm always seeking avenues to learn about different organisations' motivation and experience behind their technology and business model to make a change. Seriousness aside, I love travelling, tech and it has always been my dream to be able to create something I can call something my own in the future!

China, Japan, and South Korea!

What types of business interest you?
Businesses with disruptive technology, with a purpose to create positive changes in our society.
For example, one of the many great examples out there - Airbnb. I often admire how Airbnb disrupted the hospitality industry - bringing people from all over the world closer to each other with the added touch of personalisation, community and affordable accommodation rates.
What plan do you have in business?
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I have always been inspired to make use of technology to transform my family's business, to digitise the currently traditional business model. A few ideas I have mind are to move the business to an online platform, possibly changing the business model to an online B2B retail business to create an omnichannel strategy, making use of technology to reduce the carbon footprint of the cold supply chain as well as possible expansion to overseas markets (by an online platform) in the future.
