Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I want to explore horizons beyond Asian/ASEAN countries. As a Gen X, I have witnessed how technology accelerates and changes our daily life. With new innovations blooming and continuously being developed, I want to explore what are the technologies (inventions) outside of Singapore. I want to take the opportunity as a student to explore and learn more about the new possibles technologies that can change our daily lives.
- Where would you like to visit virtually?
I have many places that I wish to visit but given that its a study mission, I will mention 2 top places I will like to visit. Firstly I would like to visit Silicon Valley as it is home to many start-ups and global technology companies. Last but not least, I will like to visit Shenzhen, home to many of the world's largest and most innovative hi-tech Fortune 500 and 100 companies, and is the tech manufacturing capital of the world.
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Software engineering, solution consultation.
- What plan do you have in starting a business?
I want to develop/improve a solution that enables better efficiency, not for fanciness but fixes an actual problem.
What keeps you ticking?
- Do now and regret > Do later and regret now.
