Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM? This module was a highly recommended module by my senior. I felt that it blends my interests in entrepreneurship as well as current mega trends of technology into one module. In fact I saw it as because it’s a virtual TSM, we would not be limited by geographical boundaries and can thus learn more during the same period of time that we have. In a way, guest speakers from different companies can be arranged for back to back sessions as we do not need to travel from place to place. We can even get to hear from people that different companies that we cannot visit due to geographical constraints in a physical trip. The possibility greater exposure motivated me to join this tsm.

Starting a business
- What types of business interest you? Technology based that will change the way we do things
Perhaps epayments, China has done a very good job with the nation wide use of WeChat, I believe that that is the future trend of payments and Singapore has a lot of room for improvement.
- What plan do you have in starting a business? (list existing business)
I actually have a facial business. As 1. I believe women money is the best to earn. 2. As a student, it gives me a much higher return per hour as compared to working part time. But in future, I’m still looking for inspiration. I might not be able to think of a new concept on my own, but I might model and enhance another persons business idea.
Past Experiences
I have done public speaking for a short while, so I am not shy to speak my mind nor speak infront of large crowds. I have prior sales experience so I do believe I have a certain flair for convincing people and persuading them.
What keeps you ticking?
The desire to earn more time for myself. At the heart of any business is also to earn passive income. Where we can have more time to ourselves to do other things that we want such as travel, or simply run the 5 famous marathons in the world because we have the time to do so. The impact and the lives that I can change from my future business also keeps me going.
