Why TSM New York City? Virtual

  • What motivates you to join TSM?

Having an opportunity to join TSM will broaden my understanding of technology through the perspective of like-minded people from a different part of the world. After TSM, I would be able to bring back those enriching ideas and views and share them back with other people, thereby expanding everyone’s knowledge as well.

Really enjoyed the planning process of TSM and the interaction with external stakeholders that forced us to get out of our comfort zone

I would like to visit Korea virtually as I am interested in their street food culture, as well as their technology ecosystem.

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you?

Healthcare industry. I strongly believe the sector still needs to harness and leverage technology to help people live life to the fullest. With the rapidly-aging population, it requires technical solutions with its emphasis on machine learning and AI.

  • What plan do you have in starting a business?

My idea is to create digital solutions by using algorithms incorporating across patients’ particular readings, conditions and other relevant factors and generate recommended level of care needed, chance of survival and severity of illness. Healthcare industry relies a lot on human capacity, and sometimes, humans may make errors when put under stress and pressure. Together with the help of technology and specialists’ years-of-expertise, I believe many more lives will be saved.

What keeps you ticking?

My family and friends have always been there for me through ups and downs. The only way I could pay back them is by moving forward.
