Why TSM New York City?

  • What motivates you to join TSM?
    • The thoughts of planning and executing the trip itself makes me excited! I always love to take up new roles to try out different things. Also, this unique experience will provide me the opportunities to find out how technology companies operates and how it started which it's hard to come by in school
  • Why pick New York City?
    • It will be my first ever trip to US and knowing that it is the financial hub of the world, there’s so much for me to learn.
    • Getting to know their culture and technology entrepreneurship will broaden my knowledge and a unique experience to visit different companies. Thus it would be a waste if I ever let go this rare opportunity :)

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you?
    • E commerce/ Marketing/ Visualization Dashboards/ Data Analytics
  • What plan do you have in starting a business? (list existing business)
    • My brother and I always talk about starting an online business together - a random example would be an e commerce that sells Baby Necessities. I'm also thinking of starting a business that teaches Microsoft Excel. It's so powerful but yet, not all office workers know how to fully utilize it. Still, I'm trying to gain experience and learn as I go.
