What motivates you to join the TSM?
With Silicon Valley having the highest concentration of high-tech workers of any metropolitan area, with 285.9 out of every 1,000 private-sector workers. Silicon Valley has the highest average high-tech salary at $144,800, it is really a remarkable place that enables deep learning for tech-entrepreneurship, an area where every technology enthusiast can learn from. Being able to witness first high the innovative & fast-paced environment would serve well for one to pursue a career in technology.

Being the world's leader in tech innovation and entrepreneurship, and every dream of a technology enthusiast, Silicon Valley would serve as a great platform to learn and witness first-hand on how tech firms and unicorns harness the passion and energy for our continued learning and definitely stretching our horizons beyond our sunny island in South East Asia. Additionally, having done my internship in Pune, a city that is 3 hours away from Mumbai, India, I have been able to witness first hand on the dynamic environment that propelled India to a Technology powerhouse in the world. The experience to witness the world leader in technology would aid me greatly in my learning for technological pursuits in my career.

What plans do you have in starting a business?
Singapore is rapidly growing in terms of an aged population, leading to the birth of the silver industry, I hope to be able to leverage on developing IoT/Mobile Applications solutions that would aid family members as well as caregivers to have a better understanding of the seniors within their household.
Past Experiences
As part of my experience partaking in technology-centric competitions, I have been part of a development team that produce a tablet application that aided in the monitoring and treatment of dementia-stricken patients which garnered us a decent international standing for this tool. I have also developed technology solutions as a freelancer for MNCs in Singapore that have shown positive results for the organization.
I have also been to India, the 2nd most popular tech-centric location in the world, with huge MNCs setting up shop in cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai for an internship in a software development startup that have proven its successful track record. Having witnessed first-hand on the buzzing pace of how things being done in India, and understanding the passion and energy that goes into technology, I am able to relate this experience back to my personal life and approach in my career.
