Why TSM South Korea?
What motivates you to join TSM?
I want to get exposure of technology-driven companies in other countries so as to learn from these companies what they did to survive and scale. As what I have read and heard, startups do not have many resources and they have to use the 'lean' methodology to develop, test , improve and market their product. I would love to learn from the people who actually did it, that way I will be able to learn from the best.
Why South Korea?
Great culture, Great food and I like to explore new countries and places I have never been before.
Starting a business
What types of businesses interest you?
- IoT
- F&B
- Software as a Service (SasS)
What plans do you have in starting a business?
I wish to build a boutique company which focuses on SasS or IoT (but I am open to options) which will enable individuals/ business to improve their efficiency in their work or personal live, solving their pains and therefore provide a way out of their daily problems.
Start ideation and complete prototype before summer holiday ends.
Past Experience
I have completed an internship at Genesis Networks last summer holiday. I was a front-end developer for their android application that manages internal assets and also developed a proof of concept for a problem with the internal operations. My supervisor taught me about idea generation and how to think in the consumer’s point of view and how the idea will affect them and what value the solution can provide them.
What keeps you ticking?
We all only have one shot in this life, everybody dies, but not everyone lives. Live your life and dream on!
