Sponsor Background
Our project sponsor is SingHealth Research, specifically the team that focuses on Health Services Research. The research areas of the project sponsor includes healthcare operations research, quality management, and improving pre-hospital emergency care. Overall, it is evident that the project sponsor is keen on improving the operational procedures and overall process in the hospital, and has a recent interest in managing the processes within the Emergency Department.
