Project Motivations
The VWO is primarily volunteer-run; hence it is critical for it to understand not just its present situation of volunteers, but also how it can do better in recruiting.
On a personal note, all of us are Social Sciences students, and it's our way of giving back.

1. What are the new volunteer trends over time?
2. What are the factors that help or hurt volunteer recruitment?
