Conversion Rate for Bags and Shoes
We have drawn a dot diagram using Tableau to show the conversion rate of bags/shoes denoted by circle and the sales quantity denoted by x in 2015.

Observation for which seasons have the higher or lower conversion has been pointed out. This allows C&K to look into the issue of over/under stocking. Also, other dimensions such as class, subclass and materials are brought into the analysis as well.
