Conversion Rate for Bags and Shoes
We have drawn a dot diagram using Tableau to show the conversion rate of bags/shoes denoted by circle and the sales quantity denoted by x in 2015.
Conversion Rate = [(Order Quantity - Sales Quantity)/Order Quantity] X 100%
Insights for which seasons have the higher or lower conversion has been pointed out so for C&K to look into the issue of over/under stocking.
