Description Methodology Technology

Microsoft Excel will be utilised for the initial stages of data cleaning and preparation. Considering the fact that the data was extracted in excel format and the team’s high level of proficiency, excel will be used to perform the removal of attributes and recoding of date and time.

Tableau is used for visualisation and generation of charts. JMP Pro will be employed to perform exploratory analysis and regression modelling. An efficient software, JMP pro’s built-in tools for cluster analysis and fitt’s model are relevant in our analysis. The user friendly instrument generates an easy view and interpretation of results.

In order to perform topic modelling on SGAG’s post data, we will be using SAS Enterprise Miner. SAS Miner provides a broad set of tools resulting in flexibility and solving complex data problems. The process flow diagram build models efficiently, with an easy-to-understand interface.
