Background
Property prices are usually determined by the average price of properties in the neighborhood. However, there are many other factors that will affect the property prices, for example, proximity to schools, transport node, etc.
Motivation
Project Objectives
Perform Geographically Weighted Regression to estimate/verify the listed price of a property by considering amenities like school and transport node
