Feedback/Comments

General feedback:
Limited iPads will result in patients having to wait longer to see doctor during peak periods
On the long run, it is time consuming for nurse to fill up uroflow results individually
Scanning of bar code will be easier to record patient's NRIC

Specific feedback:
On survey home page, replace green wordings to darker color so that it is easier for elderly patients to see
Alignment issue on uroflow page, preventing nurse from being able to view the entry she keyed in
Inconvenience of closing the keypad before being able to submit results
