Objective:
- Testing on the main functions in the Buyers' process and how they feel about our 'Tag&Bag' plugin.
- Functions tested:
- 1. Create Account
- 2. Tag&Bag Plugin
- 3. Add Item to Cart
- 4. Checkout
This user test aims to gather feedback from users about the usability of our 'Tag&Bag' plugin and the buyers' workflow.
Users are given instructions to perform certain tasks stated in User Test 1 Scenarios while Shopaholic's team members will take note of how the users perform the tasks.
Pre-testing and post-testing surveys are given to users for this User Test.

Users gave constructive feedbacks for us to improve on our User Interface as well as the 'Tag&Bag' plugin.
Main points from feedbacks for improvement:
- Bookmarklet installation instructions is too small (most of them did not notice it).
- Missed the spree selection at the bottom of the page during checkout
- [+] sign on the 'Tag&Bag' plugin is unclear
- Unsure of the difference between 'Tag' and 'Bag'

Objective:
- Testing on the main functions in the Organisers' workflow
- Functions tested:
- 1. Create New Spree
- 2. Buyer’s process
- Tag&Bag plugin
- Add Item to Cart
- Checkout
- 3. Spree Management
This user test aims to gather feedback for our Spree Management function as well as gathering feedbacks from the Spree Organiser’s point of view on the Buyer’s process.
Users are given instructions to perform certain tasks stated in User Test 2 Scenarios while Shopaholic's team members will take note of how the users perform the tasks.
Pre-testing and post-testing surveys are given to users for this User Test.

Main points from feedbacks for improvement:
Spree Management
- Do not know how to become a Spree Organiser
- Do not know how to create a spree
- Order Summary is not clear (how much is received/refund/pending payment)
- Checkout price is not calculated in SGD but USD, calculation error
Buying Process:
- Buyer is able to submit empty shipping information which should not be the case.

Objective:
- Testing on Transaction process
- Functions tested:
- Transaction Process:
- 1. Payment
- 2. Refund
- 3. Topup
This user test aims to gather feedback for our whole transaction process. There is interaction between Spree Organiser and Spree Participants during the Transaction process.
Users are given instructions to perform the tasks stated in User Test 3 Scenarios while Shopaholic's team members will take note of how the users perform the tasks.

Main points from feedbacks for improvement:
Spree Organisers
- User is able to pay negative amount.
- Transactions view is confusing, differ from the normal status stated at the bottom. Hence users do not know whether exactly he/she received the payment from the participants.
- Removed button should be remove when there will be no changes.
Spree Participants
- Once the spree is created, Spree “REMAINING” status is misleading. Do not know whether is just remaining time or the remaining amount?
- My Orders Page, once I create payment, Outstanding is ‘payment received?’
