GraphPaper - Wedding Planner System To create a web application to aid users in the end-to-end process of planning their ideal wedding. The web application will be powered by a technology framework that my startup is developing. A set of tools that helps developers to construct modern, high quality, web applications. The web application have to make the wedding planning process tailored for planning a wedding in Singapore, this could be in the form of planning a wedding for different religions and cultures and / or taking into consideration possible “special” venues and vendors a couple want to engage for their wedding. The team will design, implement, and test functions for various frequently encountered wedding planning problems. Such as looking for a photographer, budgeting, décor, logistics, banquet etc. For example, a module could be a “Wedding Checklist” that would allow end users to create a dynamic list of tasks, add deadlines to each task, and categorising and ordering them, and automatically recommend best next actions to the user. These functions will be packaged as individual components, that can be finally combined into a big picture, and shipped into production site. |

The aim of this project is to develop a web application that will provide business insights for Viatick’s project managers. This application will give the project managers a bird’s eye view of all the ongoing projects and allow them to track the progresses of the projects. Management-oriented, this application will provide insights for the project managers to understand the workload the company has on hand and determine if they have sufficient resources to take on a new project. On top of that, we will integrate a third party web-based project management application, Trello, with our application, which will allow project managers to manage their projects. We will also incorporate various modules, such as quotations and change request forms, to further aid Viatick in managing their projects and documents. |

Mobile Patient Feedback System. To develop and evaluate a mobile app for digitalized patient feedbacks. We will investigate the reproducibility, ease of use, and functionality of the app. It could be used by inpatient patients especially during discharge to log in their compliments, complains or suggestions. We can have some of these fixed (Acting like mini desktops) at outpatient clinics for them to key in their feedback too. This can reduce the reliance on physical forms and the data should be sync-able with our existing systems. QSM staff would not be needed to physically key in these data. |

Queue management system. The project aims to improve the issue of long queues at Standard Chartered Branches. The bank's customers face long queues during lunch hours and weekends and the waiting time is frustrating for customers. Thus we are proposing a web application that allows users to queue without being physically at the bank. They will be able to be queue using the web application once they are within vicinity of a branch which will be done using geospatial technology. An algorithm will be in place to manage the queue priority such that queuing will be fair for both the application users and the walk-in customers. A possible feature is to include real-time estimation of waiting times will also be provided for users to estimate the time before it reaches their turn. Previous similar iLab project Watts |

The objective of our project is to collaborate with iLab@SMU, to redesign and recreate a cross platform responsive mobile web application based on an existing application of “The Good Life” and the previous FYP project La Buena Vida. The goal is to avoid having to maintain different versions like android and iOS and at the same time help our client to touch base with more customers, so as to push out great deals that comes together with e-coupons. Other scopes include enhancing the current application and also comes along with the ability to analyze and track consumption patterns so that the bank can push out more relevant e-coupons to customers. |

PSLOVE - A Better Way to Experience Your Period. This project is about the infinite loop (no pun intended) of online-offline-online for consumers. They start off online, where they can sign up for PSLOVE. The second phase is the offline preparation and delivery of their Care Package. Finally, the loop closes with them coming back online via the mobile application where they can give live feedback on the retail products received, as well as a tool to track their physiological data (which also serves as important data sets for our company in terms of backend logistics and customer relationship building). This project consists of 2 parts: Part A - A web-commerce platform that gives our customers the flexibility to purchase and customize the contents of their Care Package. Part B - A mobile application to allow our customers to track their Period Dates and Cycles. |
