Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?.
Unlike other curriculum courses offered in SMU, TSM would offer the opportunity for me to think out of the box. Technology is up and rising (and I think its the future), and I think combining it together with creativity and innovation could create a brilliant idea. Furthermore, I have dreams of being an entrepreneur in the future where ideally, I would open a matcha cafe shop. This programme would thus provide me with the basics and an idea of how to start my on venture and would be a great beginning point.
- Where would you like to visit virtually?
Japan (Tokyo), UK (London), South Korea (Seoul)
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Fitness, cafes, technology
- What plan do you have in starting a business?
In the future, I hope to be able to start my own cafe, primarily selling drinks like matcha and coffee. While initially coffee/tea was something that I enjoyed drinking, I thought it was a plausible business idea in Singapore, especially since the cafe scene in our country is extremely popular, and I could potentially materialise and turn my passion into a business.
